Is there a minimum number Golfing Passport requires in order to accept a golf holiday booking?
With our unrivalled access to Australia’s top courses we can in general accommodate bookings from 1 person through to groups of 144 or more.
The team at Golfing Passport will inform you upon booking if the courses you have requested have a minimum group booking.

Can Golfing Passport assist with other travel arrangements in addition to golf bookings?
Yes we advise & arrange any local activity to suit your holiday needs.
Golfing Passport prides itself in providing incredible value for money and combined with exceptional service we can fully cater for all your holiday needs. Non playing partners are very welcome and Golfing Passport can give you access to Day Tours, Whale Watching, Local Zoo & Theme Parks to name just a few.

Is it possible to customise Golfing Passports holiday packages to better suit my needs?
Yes. Our team at Golfing Passport are more than happy to design all the aspects of your booking to ensure a hassle free holiday at your favourite destinations.

What is Golfing passports cancellation policy?
Prior to final payment there will be no refund of your security deposit.

After the final payment there will be no refund of your security deposit, and in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier/s, which may be up to 100% of the charge.

Additional Charges
Additional charges may occur if the group delays the coaches' departure time, or an alteration in the event order, which is not itemized, in the group's itinerary. Additional charges may occur if Restaurants are used on public holidays. Any additional charge will be confirmed at the time of final confirmation.

Amendment Fees
Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier. Any approved change to your booking prior to, at or after making final payment will incur a non waivable amendment fee of $75.00 per amendment in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier.

Can Golfing Passport plan a golf holiday that includes weekend golf?
Yes. Golfing Passport can assist you to plan a golf holiday that will allow you to play golf on all days of the week.

Can Golfing passport assist us to run a charity golf day?
Yes. The team at Golfing Passport work closely with local & national organizations, combined with exceptional golf courses to raise awareness & funds for a number of worthy charities.

Can Golfing Passport organise a golf day, or assist me with organising my golf day?

What days can we run our golf day on?
Golfing Passport has unrivalled access to Australia’s & New Zealand’s top golf courses, seven days a week.

What format of golf is traditionally used for corporate golf days?
Many of the participants in corporate golf days do not play golf on a regular basis and so a friendly format such as Ambrose allows teams of 2-4 to all play their respective shots, and then select the best shot for the team to play from again.

Are there dress regulations on the golf courses?
Yes. The team at Golfing Passport will inform you of this at the time of booking.
General regulations are:

  • A non-metal spike policy for golf shoes.
  • No denim.
  • Collared shirt.

Will I be able to purchase food and drinks at the golf club?
Golfing Passport directly links you to Australia’s and New Zealand’s top golfing courses. The facilities at these courses offer complete Food & Beverage facilities, and in most cases a drink & food cart will bring you refreshments during your round.
Most golf clubs accept both cash and credit card payments.
